This  Fire Sprinkler Inspection Record Tag has room for recording sprinkler system test results for 5 years.

Company contact information is pre-printed on the front and name of owner and location are added with a waterproof marking device.

This two sided plastic tag is waterproof, weatherproof all-weather and can have information added with a variety of waterproof marking devices.

Where there are not specific state requirements for tagging, this tag should work. Please check with your local regulator as rules vary. We can modify the content for a one-time setup fee.

Tags are printed black ink on 2 sides with testing company's name on both sides of the tags plus company contact information.

Tags are offered in 3 thicknesses all predrilled with 1/4" hole for easy attachment with plastic cable ties or other suitable attachments. Regular thickness may tear at hole with moderate pressure and medium or heavy duty are recommended where this is a concern.
