California Fire Sprinkler Inspection Tags

These California Fire Sprinkler Inspection Tags are made of plastic and are weatherproof, waterproof and all-weather.

The tags are offered in 2-5/8" x 5-1/4" size and are printed with your business name and contact information. Tags have 1/4" holes for attaching with cable-ties. The tags are not adhesive backed labels.

Artwork such as company logo can be added for a one-time additional set-up charge. Company name, license number and contact information is printed on your custom tags.

Materials are suitable for punching out inspection dates. Add Tester's Signature and Certification Numbers and other information required by your local regulations with waterproof markers.

Note: Regular thickness may tear at hole when attached with wire or if subject to pull. We recommend Medium or Heavy when this is a concern.
