On the front we pre-print your business name, address and telephone, Certificate Reg. No. Licensee Name and License Np can be preprinted, or you can fill in with a waterproof marking device when signing. NAFED members can have the NAFED logo added on request at no charge. Company logocan be added from suitable artwork for an additional one-time set-up charge.
Back of tag has areas for identifying extinguisher and recording inspection dates with waterproof marking devices.
Materials
For black ink on white material we offer a choice of three thicknesses of plastic.
For black ink on a colored background we offer a choice of Yellow, Orange, Green or Red on the medium (12 mil) thickness.
