Wharf Lobster/Fish Purchase Forms

Here are two popular samples of 5.5“x8.5” books of 50 sets. These forms can be personalized for more specific information for your company’s needs.

This is a wharf purchase form to record Lobster (or fish) purchases from fishermen in the top section and sales to the boat (bait, fuel, gloves, etc.) in the bottom section. Most users get 2 part carbonless sets in books and distribute one copy to the fishing boat and the second to the office for pricing and for accounting.

This is another wharf purchase form to record Purchases from fishermen in the top section and Sales in the bottom section. Most users get 2 or 3 part carbonless sets and distribute one copy to the fishing boat and the second (and third) to the office for pricing and for accounting. This form can act as a complete bookkeeping record between the fisherman and lobster/fish dealer.

This Container Invoice was designed to track and bill IPL Lobster Crates, and now is used for all valuable and costly shipping accessories. Personalize for your container types and sizes and end the disputes and losses caused by missing crates and boxes!

This form acts as a proper Bill of Lading for both Lobster and for the Containers, allowing for proper receipting and recording of product and containers returned.
